Maggie Tabberer’s career as a model before she launched her clothing label is undoubtedly one of the reasons for the brand’s success. However, Maggie’s skills are still put to good use as she and Abby Valdes model selections from the Maggie T Spring Summer 30th Birthday Campaign.

Plus model Ashley Graham is giving us a very alluring look which is intensified by the black and white photo format. Any makeup artist would love to work with a palette like hers, especially her full shapely lips. Her turned up collar and the subtle lighting ad a sense of mystery to this outstanding photo.
Ms. Graham has been busy working for top retailers and magazines like Nordstrum, Lane Bryant, Penningtons, Liz Claiborne, Kiyonna, Elomi, Bust Magazine, Bombshell Magazine, and Latina Magazine, among many others.
This photo is from an amazing editorial in the December 2010 issue of Bust magazine.

Plus Size Icon Barbara Brickner is very relaxed and confident as she continues blazing trails for the next generation of plus size models. Early on, Barbara Brickner and a few others helped answer the question, why should the fashion industry include or exclude women because of their size ? Although that debate continues today, the general public is increasingly more aware of plus size models and more supportive of them.
More opportunities are becoming available in the industry and more importantly, plus size models are making more of their own opportunities. We see this trend continuing far into the future.

The lovely Hilary Harper appeared in an O, The Oprah Magazine editorial featuring several other plus size models wearing designer outfits. This look ($1,495) from designer Charles Chang-Lima has sleek slimming features and a jacket to add a more formal touch.

Laura is seen here wearing a shape hugging swimsuit from Evans. With a shape like her’s, it’s no wonder her body was chosen to mold model mannequins after.
Robyn Lawley is featured in a 10 page fashion editorial in the September issue of Vogue Australia. Lawley, a top Australian plus model, also covered the June 2011 issue of Vogue Italia with plus models Tara Lynn and Candice Huffine. Marquita Pring also appeared in a sizzling editorial with the cover models.
The September Australian editorial will be the first fashion editorial featuring a plus size model in the magazine’s 52 year history and it doesn’t disappoint. Robyn also covered Elle France’s April 2011 issue. Busy, busy!!!
